Shipping & Returns


RETURN POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund. However, we are unable to accept any items which have been worn, used, or damaged. Please do not wear your shoes or clothing item out until you are certain of the fit and comfort. Returns will be carefully reviewed and inspected. 
Shoes and clothing that have been worn and not in salable condition will be refused for return

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, but if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will be happy to cover all the shipping costs.

Please note that we will only accept merchandise for refund if:

-The item is returned within 20 days of receipt.
-The item has not been worn, damaged, altered, or washed.
-The item still has all original tags attached.

-For footwear, the shoebox must be in the original condition, without postal labels, undamaged. All original packaging must be included, such as tissue, dust bags, designer authenticity cards, etc... Please do not use tape over the original shoebox or use it as the packaging for shipment. Please return your contents using a poly bag, postal wrap, or shipping box.

-Any items not meeting these criteria are not eligible for refunds, and will be charged up to a 30% restocking fee.

-We do not accept C.O.D shipments

-Sample Sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for Returns.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  Please note if your item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping costs will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not process exchanges. If you are interested in another product it is best you return your item for a refund and then proceed with a new transaction.

SHIPPING

We offer Free Shipping within the United States. However, please note this does not include Guam, America Samoa, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, the U.S Virgin Islands, or the Marshall Islands. We apologize for this inconvenience. For international customers, we currently only ship to a few destinations globally. Shipping rates are generated based on the package weight and the shipping location. 

We currently ship globally to the following countries:

Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Norway, France, Russia, Sweden

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Packages that are undeliverable (attempted multiple times, refused acceptance, wrong address) are subject to a 30% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your final refund. For international shipments that are undeliverable and abandoned, there will be no refund given.

ORDER CANCELLATION 

In the event that you changed your mind, you may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. However, once a product is shipped, the Return Policy will apply. Please note orders normally process within 24 hours. 

Primrose Market holds the right to cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock, there is a problem with your delivery address, a pricing error, or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution. Our customer service department will contact you to alert you of the cancellation.
